As a regular gym-goer and AFL player, Felicity is well attuned to the relationship between nutrition, energy levels and overall wellbeing. She personally experienced the effects of under-fuelling her body prior to undertaking her nutrition degree, and this sparked her passion for women’s health.
Felicity believes that food should always be enjoyed and draws on current research to develop customised programs. Whether you want to improve your health or your on-field performance, Felicity will work with you to teach you what foods you need to fuel your body and reach your goals.
Felicity holds a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons) and has completed the ISAK Level 1 Anthropometry course. She is also a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia, Sports Dietitians Australia and Nutrition Society of Australia.
When she’s not at work, Felicity spends her time evenly distributing belly rubs between her two dogs and visiting Newcastle’s glorious beaches.
