- 1 1/4 serve Coles brown rice cup
- 2 medium florets broccoli, microwaved
- 50g unpeeled zucchini, steamed
- 1/2 cup green beans, boiled
- 1 tbsp salt reduced soy sauce
- 1/4 drizzle sesame oil
- 1 drizzle honey

Cook chicken in pan on high heat until browned. While chicken is booking boil or steam vegetables and cook rice.
