Moroccan chicken burger

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 10g Moroccan spice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bread roll
  • ½ cup salad leaves
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 18 potato chips

Peel and chop potato into chips, spray baking tray with olive oil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until crispy. Toss chicken in Moroccan spice. Cook in pan over medium heat until cooked through. Fry egg. Assemble bread roll with chicken, egg, cheese, avocado and salad.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
