  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ cup mashed potato (white or sweet)
  • 6 medium pieces of broccoli
  • 3 drizzles BBQ sauce
