- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 500g lean beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large zucchini, grated
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 slice onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp beef stock powder
- 1 large egg
- Unlimited salad, to serve

Mix mince, garlic, zucchini, onion, carrot and paprika together in bowl. Slice each sheet of pastry in half. Place 1/4 of mince at top of one slice of pastry and roll tightly, cut into 2 small sausage rolls. Continue until all mince and pastry used. Whisk egg and brush over top of sausage rolls. Baked at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until browned.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
