  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lite milk
  • 2 slices wholemeal, sourdough bread
  • 1 slice avocado
  • 4 medium cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup raw baby spinach
  • 10g cheddar cheese

Mix eggs, milk and cheese in bowl. Pour eggs into non stick pan and stir until cooked.
