- 200g lean mince
- 1 cup wholemeal pasta
- 1 cup passata
- ¼ clove garlic
- ½ large onion
- ¼ cup carrot, grated
- ½ small zucchini, grated
- 3 medium mushrooms
- ¼ cup canned tomatoes

In the meantime, cook pasta and lightly steam carrot and zucchini. Add mince to pan and cook until browned. Add bolognese sauce, tomato paste and steamed veg.
