Spaghetti bolognese

  • 100g lean mince
  • ½ cup wholemeal pasta
  • ½ cup passata
  • ¼ clove garlic
  • ½ large onion
  • ¼ cup carrot, grated
  • ½ small zucchini, grated
  • 3 medium mushrooms
  • ¼ cup canned tomatoes

Add diced onion and mushrooms with crushed garlic.  In the meantime, cook pasta and lightly steam carrot and zucchini. Add mince to pan and cook until browned. Add bolognese sauce, tomato paste and steamed veg. Once warmed, serve.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
