Vegetable Pasta

  • 1 cup wholemeal pasta
  • 1 ¼ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup green beans
  • 4 medium florets of broccoli
  • 4 small cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sprinkles parmesan cheese
  • 1 dinner roll
  • ½ clove garlic
  • 1 individual serve packet of margarine

Cut all vegetables and place into frypan with oil cooking for 2-3 minutes. Once pasta is cooked mix with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Cut dinner roll in half, spread with margarine and place chopped garlic on top. Wrap roll in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 5- 10 minutes or until golden. Serve with vegetables.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
