MEAL PLAN
Our Level 2 meal plan (2400cals) is suitable for male athletes who do on average ~60mins or more of light-moderate intensity activity each day and are looking to lose weight OR females who do on average ~60mins or more of light-moderate intensity activity each day but do not wish to lose weight.
What’s included?
- 1 week structured meal plan (regular or plant-based, option will be available after purchase)
- Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
- Enough recipes to design additional weekly plans
