Having worked with athletes since our clinic started, we know what it takes help you reach your goals. This is why we’ve adopted a new model of support, different to the traditional dietitian consult structure. We now offer packages designed specific to your needs and that offer a high level of between consult support so that you can continue to progress day-to-day and week-to-week, not just when you visit us for a consultation.
Packages include health screening, comprehensive assessment of dietary intake and training load, personalised intervention strategies and access to education modules as well as meal plans and weekly text-message support. We have packages that suit everyone, whether you want to improve your marathon performance, have a diagnosed nutrient deficiency, experience gastrointestinal upset, or want to improve your body composition, we have a package for you.
