- 180g salmon
- 2/3 cup thickened cooking light cream
- ¼ clove of garlic, diced
- 4 medium florets of broccoli
- ½ cup green beans
- 1 ¼ cup mashed potato

Cook garlic in pan with splash water for 1-2 minutes, add in cream at medium heat and cook until thickens. Boil or steam vegetables. Drain potatoes and mash with splash of milk and 1/2 tbsp olive oil spread. Serve fish with vegetables, potato and top with sauce[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
