- 200g tofu
- 80g black beans
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 2 raw onion rings
- 1 small red chilli
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 1 slice avocado
- 3/4 cup brown rice

Cook rice as per packet instructions. Cook garlic and tofu in frypan for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked and crispy.
