Tofu Fried Rice

  • brown rice
  • 100g tofu
  • 80g peas and corn
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 medium zucchini
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 medium broccoli florets

Heat oil in pan, whisk eggs and add to pan with spring onions. Remove egg and set aside. Place vegetables, tofu, soy and oyster sauce in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add eggs and rice and stir to combine.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
